Payment
All services provided by SOLO IT BD must be paid for in advance. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. If a client decides to cancel a project before it is completed, they will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, with a minimum charge of 50% of the total cost of the project.
Refunds
If a client is not satisfied with the services provided by SOLO IT BD, they may request a refund within 7 days of the completion of the project. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the request.
Warranties
SOLO IT BD warrants that the services provided by us will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We do not warrant that the services will meet the client’s specific requirements or that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
SOLO IT BD shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.
